Behavior Analyst Technicians

Merrymeeting Center for Child Development, a not-for-profit, innovative, public/private partnership, has immediate and future openings for Behavior Analyst Technicians (BATs). Fast-paced and challenging treatment, care, and education for children with autism takes place in a variety of settings, including the home, school and community, using applied behavior analysis (ABA). Are you dedicated to the most challenging kids? Do you see the best in children  on whom others have given up? Have you worked in group homes but wish you could do more to improve the lives of the people you serve? 

We'll train you! Although experience in applied behavior analysis is preferred, it is not required. The demand for trained behavior analyst technicians is overwhelming. What is applied behavior analysis? It is an objective science used to help children acquire new skills; one that offers objective and measurable definition of goals and objectives, and sytematic hierarchies of skill acquisition.

Merrymeeting Center for Child Development offers one of the most competitive compensation package. We provide opportunity and support to earn Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification, which is recognized throughout the United States and in many countries. Salary ranges from $12/hr for entry level (with degree), to $17/hr for BACB certification. Excellent benefits. Year-round, permanent positions. We'll hire only the best.
